Vertical Property Services is an excavation and pipeline company proudly serving Summit County and surrounding mountain communities. Our family moved to Dillon, Colorado in the early 1960s to help work on the construction of Dillon Dam, and excavation has been part of our family tradition ever since. Growing up on job sites alongside my father, I’ve spent over 20 years working in excavation and pipeline construction. Over the years we’ve been proud to contribute to several high-profile projects throughout the area.
